EQUIPMENT: Vacuum equipment [First separator (Cyclone type)]

OBJECTIVE: To check mechanical strength of pressure parts and support structure. Perform FEA for those elements which are out of scope of standard design procedure as per ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 (nozzle load verification while operation)

DELIVERABLES: 3-D CAD Model, 2-D Drawings,

Mechanical calculation as per ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1,FEA of tangential nozzle.

BUSINESS OUTCOME: Our client could submit the detailed 2D drawing along with mechanical Calculation and FEA of critical element like Process nozzles and based on approval they could have proceed for final production to meet project dead lines.
